Previously posted about the pending purchase, well, on October the 13th the closing took place so I am now a landowner in greater Yavapai County in the State of Arizona.
More details, etc. as we have a chance to check out the property and see what it has to offer.

I mentioned previously about purchasing some land in AZ. There are a lot of tasks around the property that will require the proper tool for the task. Need to haul rock and trees, mow, take care of weeds, and do things I can’t even think of. I started researching ATVs as an option and admittedly knew nothing about them. My research led me to a Polaris Sportsman 500 EFI. But, it runs like dog doo doo. So, I am seeking help solving that problem. Had no chance today to even look at it. Just “drove” it into the backyard to look at it tomorrow.
